St. Luke#s Rehabilitation Institute, in Spokane, WA, is seeking an energetic and autonomous Clinical Psychologist to join our skilled team of clinicians to provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services. Patients with a wide variety of ages and diagnoses are encountered on a daily basis allowing our Psychologists to utilize a variety of skills. # Under the general director of the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, the Psychologists are responsible for psychological testing and evaluation of patients; providing individual and group therapy; working within a return to work/pain management program for injured workers; monitoring interdisciplinary plans, and interacting with the treatment team. #Research opportunities are available. # Minimum qualifications Doctorate degree in psychology from an accredited university Current Washington State Psychologist License #(or eligible)## # # # Minimum of one year experience working as a licensed Psychologist # # # # # # # # # # # Preferred qualifications Minimum of one year of training and/or experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting that includes a comprehensive rehabilitation program Experience in treating patients who have chronic pain Experience in neuropsychological testing # Company information As a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Rehab Center, St. Luke#s offers comprehensive rehabilitation in a variety of care settings to meet diverse patient needs. We have ten outpatient clinics to include therapy services at MUV fitness facilities and Occupational Medicine clinics where we have the opportunity to treat injured workers. Our continuum also #includes a 102 bed free-standing rehabilitation hospital.# At our hospital, we have three inpatient rehab units for helping people recover from stroke, spinal cord injury and brain injury. We also treat people for amputations, orthopedic injuries and a variety of other diagnoses.# Therapy services are also provided at Providence Sacred Heart and Holy Family acute care hospitals, Providence home health and supplemental staffing at several rural hospitals.# # We are committed to innovative treatment with Robotic Lokomat# therapy, assistive technology lab, e-stim bike, a driving simulator, and our own indoor and outdoor St. Luke#s Community with a store, bank, vehicles, library, office area, bus and airplane to simulate community integration and provide creative treatment options. Our St. Luke#s Community Park outdoor space offers the Mike Utley terrain park, adaptive gardening, a hand-cycle track and an adaptive playset. # Spokane is located on the east side of Washington state 18 miles west of the Idaho state line and 110 miles south of the Canadian border.
